Although pole axes are all well and good, we have never been a fan of them. The role of the spear user has already been taken by the Slayer and Berserker imo. Large sweeping attacks with a bit of range to them, along with powerful blows with less range but more damage. Seeing as the roles are already taken theres not much new we can think of that would see a spear user implemented(Tera Gold).
Tera: We should add that, although not a spear, we find the lance interesting. If there is a damage dealing role as Lancer then we think it will appeal to us far more than a spear user. However, if the Lancer is strictly a tank with no real damage dealing potential. In other words able to compete with the other damage dealing classes then we doubt it would hold our interest for to long(Tera online Gold).
